Division leadership participates in inclusive leadership training
April 11, 2016 - Members of the Division of Administrative Services leadership team came together on April 11 for inclusive leadership training. During the day-long workshop, participants learned about working and communicating effectively with an increasingly diverse staff and student population. The goal of the program was to expand the cultural competence, knowledge and skills of the participants, and deliver practical tools for immediate application. The workshop, which was facilitated by Kelli McLoud-Schingen, president of KMS Intercultural Consulting, is one of the way’s the Division of Administrative Services is working in support of Virginia Tech’s InclusiveVT initiative.
