• Administrative Services Employee Staff Association

        The Administrative Services Employee Staff Association (ASESA) was established in 2016 to ensure that employees in the Division of Administrative Services are represented in the university’s governance process.

      • Customer Service Recognition Program

        The annual Division of Administrative Services Customer Service Recognition Program recognizes employees in the division who exemplify the university's motto, Ut Prosim (That I May Serve) in their day-to-day work providing exceptional customer service to the campus community.

      • Heads Up Hokies

        The Office of Alternative Transportation launched the Heads Up Hokies campaign in February 2016 to encourage Hokies and community members traveling across campus on foot, bike, or by bus or car to keep their heads up and pay attention to their surroundings.

      • Planning an Event on the Blacksburg Campus

        This webpage is intended to guide event organizers through the event planning process and assist them in complying with University Policy 5000, but does not supersede any requirements of university policy or the additional requirements of university offices charged with ensuring the safety, security, and health of the campus community.

      • Southgate/460 Interchange Project

        Virginia Tech's Blacksburg campus continues to evolve to better suit the needs of its students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors. The next few years will see substantial changes to the Southgate Drive entrance off of U.S. Route 460 and the north end of campus, all with the goal of improving car, bus, bicycle, and foot traffic.
